9.A cook millet soup as one tbl.sp. for 3 glasses a water, chicken meat, half carrot,rhubarb are 6 cm of petiole and 1/4 leaf of rhubarb, cook 15 min, after add spices as pepper,petroselinum, dill, not boil, mix as hot, close and in 15 min you can eat soup and meat eat with a fresh garlic as 2 pieces, or fresh onion, black bread eat just with butter oil.
10. Walnuts are 2 pieces a day , one tbl.sp. seeds sunflower, pill of calcium as this calcium preparation use for sure.
11.Fish fat is changes on olive oil, as use on a morning before meal is one tea.sp and with one tea.sp. after dinner, in a week dose to rise till one tbl.sp.
12. As avoiding drinks caffeine, tea black,they are staging vessels as here are hypertension,stroke, infarcts.
13. Attention on the lemons, lemons are life, health, prolonging,cleans vessels from plaques, dilutes blood, preventing thrombus, and having lots of vitamins.
14.
