In one l. of water dilute 700 gr of sugar, warm this water till boiling, and receiving sugar syrup add in 30 gr of petals a hibiscus.Lead till boiling and infuse till cooling at closed dish as for 12 hours. Keep in jar of glass or bottles as not separating petals from syrup.
A drink as Spring ray.
A glass of strong infusion mix in glass of cranberry juice, glass of black currant juice, sugar by taste, lead till boiling, cool.
Drink as Evening sunset.
Mix glass of hibiscus infusion, 2 glasses of black currant juice, 2 tbl.sp. of sugar, lead till boiling and cold.
Hot drink of Hibiscus as Jaroslavl.
One tbl.sp. syrup of hibiscus add in glass of hot milk and serve as hot.
Hibiscus feeze.
As for one portion cooking use one tbl.sp. hibiscus of fruits hibiscus , one lemon, egg white, 2 cubes of ice and 0.5 glass of gas water.Shake white egg, add syrup, lemon,shake till foaming, filter in glass,add gas water and ice.
