Canned fruits add in punch dish, add sugar, close lid, infuse 20 min, after add lemon syeup, black currant juice, mineral water, mix,serve. And in glasses puy a few berries of canned assorti.
2 l. of punch is one l. black currant water, one tbl.sp. lemon syrup, glass of sugar, 300 gr of canned fruits assorti, bottle of mineral water .
Blackcurrant drink with milk.
In wine glass add cold milk, add syrup, water, mix, and for a more stronger cooling add cube of ice.
for portion is thre tbl.sp. blackcurrant syrup, 0.5 glass of cold milk, 1/4 glass of cold boiled water.
Kisel of black curant and cranberry.
Juice add in boiling water and add starch diluted a cold water.Lead till boiling,add in glasses, sprinkle a sugar powder and serve hot.
for 4 portions of kisel add 90 gr of black currant, cranberry 90 gr, 90 gr of sugar, 40 gr of potato starch, one gr of lemon acid, 3.5 glass of water.
Compote of black currant.
Selected,washed in cold water berries add in ready glass of jars, add syrup, and pasteurize 15 min.
300 gr of berries is glass of 60 perc. sugar syrup.
