glass of chopped small mushrooms, 100 gr of hard cheese, 2 apples, 2 tomato's, 100 gr of boiled sausage or fatness ham, glass of fromage, salt, mustard, juice of lemon, petroselinum green.
Add mushrooms in the salad dish, add shredded cheese, apples, tomato's, sausage chopped. All pour over a fromage, add salt, mustard, lemon juice and to mix. Before serve decorate with petroselinum green.
Salad of shampinons with ham under wine white.
Are for the four portions.
500 gr of fresh shampinons, 300 gr of ham, glass of white wine.
Cook mushrooms, cut, mix in cutted ham, pour over a wine, and slightly to salt.
Salad of russulas with a green onion.
Are for the four portions.
500 gr of fresh russulas, 2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, green onion, salt.
Cleaned russulas cook in the salted waster, add on the sieve, cool, dress with vegetable oil, serve with green onion.
