Minski salad.

200 gr of fresh shampinons, four potatoes, onion, 200 gr of sauerkraut, 2 tbl.sp, of vegetable oil, one tea.sp.  of lemon acid, one tea,sp. of sugar, salt, green.
Cleaned shampinons cook in the salted water with lemon acid added, chop potato,add also, shredded sauerkraut, chopped onion, all to sprinkle a sugar, pour over a vegetable oil, serve with green.

Belarusian salad.
Are for the four portions.
150 gr of marinade mushrooms, 5 potatoes, 2 onions, 200 gr of fresh cabbage, cucumber, three tbl.sp. of sunflower oil, one tbl.sp. of sugar, one tbl.sp. of vinegar, salt, green by taste.

Cook potato, chop, and mix with a chopped cabbage, onion, cucumber, mushrooms.Pour over a vinegar, or lemon juice, sunflower oil, add salt,sugar, mix, sprinkle with green.

boiled tongue lard, 200 gr of chicken meat, 200 gr of marinade salted mushrooms, 3 glasses of fromage sauce, green.
Meat chicken and mushroom's to chop, clean tongue, chop, mix an all, pour over a fromage sauce, serve with green ands mushrooms decorating.
