For the four portions.
500 gr of fresh mushrooms, 2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, vinegar, peeper, ash berry red twig.
Cook mushrooms, chop, sprinkle with pepper, pour over a vegetable oil, sprinkle with vinegar, serve with decorating as ash berry twig.
2 nd variant.
For the four portions.
20 gr of boletus, two tomatoes, 2 heads of onion, 2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil,one tbl.sp. of vinegar, one tea.sp. ready mustard.
Green of petroselinum, dill, salt, pepper.
Cook mushrooms in salted water, filter, cool theirs, chop, add shredded onion, vinegar dress with vegetable oil, salt , pepper and mustard mixture, serve with decorating tomato pieces and green.
