200 gr of fresh shampinons, 3 tbl.sp. of milk sauce, three tbl.sp. of creams, juice of lemon, one tea.sp. of butter oil, pepper,salt.
Clean mushrooms, shred, salt,add pepper, add milk sauce, creams,add oil, and cook in closed dish till ready, and serve with lemon juice dressing.

750 gr of fresh shampinons, 2 middle onions, 3 tomato's, two sweet green pepper, 4 tbl.sp. creams, one tea.sp. of chopped red pepper.
One tea.sp. potato starch, juice of lemon, salt,pepper.
Scald are peppers, clean, chop on halves,clean of seeds, clean tomato's, cut,fry,and shredded onion to fry in melted oil, and in mushrooms cut are ends legs, wash theirs in water,souring in lemon juice, chop, add in lemon juice, that they are not darkness.
Add mushrooms in fried onion, and cook faster till water evaporating, add after Sweet peppers, sprinkle with red pepper, cook 5 minutes, salt, sprinkle with black pepper, add tomato's, cook are 3 minutes, mixing. Add creams, where starch diluted, wait till mass thickness and serve.
