350 gr of fresh mushrooms, 200 gr of pork meat force, 25 gr of dried cedar wood nuts
2 garlics, two tbl.sp. of chopped fresh coriander, 1.7 l. of chicken broth, one tbl.sp. soy sauce, 2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, bunch of green onion, salt.
In force meat add nuts, garlic, half of coriander,salt, form are 18 balls small, as on warmed oil in pot to fry meat balls for 5 minutes from every side,add in plate.
Clean mushrooms are hats of legs, fry with onion within 3 minutes, in pot add broth, add meat balls, lead till boiling, cook 2 minutes on weak fire, add in soup coriander, soy sauce, add in plates.
