As one l. of water, 70 gr of dried millet bread, 60 gr of dried mushrooms, 2 onions, 2 tbl.sp. of butter oil, 2 tbl.sp. of fromage, salt.
Wet mushrooms for 2 hours are in cold water, cook in same water, filter.Wash mushrooms, shred. And shred bread, add in mushrooms, add fried onion, stew for 20 minutes, ready mass add in infusion, salt, mix, boil , serve with fromage.
Rice mushroom soup.
Are for 3 portions.
750 ml. of water, 2 onions, 2 carrots, ten seeds of fragrant pepper, 3 bay leaf, 100 gr of fresh mushrooms, 1/2 root of petroselinum, one tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, 1/2 glass of rice, green.
Cook broth with onion, carrot, fragrant pepper, leaf bay, mushrooms, filter.Carrot and root of petroselinum shred,fry in vegetable oil, add in broth. Add rice, cook till ready, add shredded mushrooms, to boil. Serve with green.
