As one l of water, 50 gr of dried mushrooms, 2 salted cucumbers,1/2 carrot, one petroselinum and celery root, onion, three potatos, 1 tbl.sp.rice, 1/2 tbl.sp. tomato paste, one tbl.sp. flour and vegetable oil, one tbl.sp. cucumber s brine, green,salt.

Are fore 4 portions, as one l. of water, 100 gr of dried mushrooms, 2 garlics, 5 potato's, onion, carrot, 100 gr of oats flakes, 2 tbl.sp. of vegetable oil, fromage two tbl.sp, salt.
In hot water to add chopped potato, shred onion, and carrot,fry in vegetable oil, add in pan, and add for a light thickness are oats flakes. Before a ready as a few hours is potato to add chopped dried mushrooms,salt. After boiled soup, add garlics shredded, infuse soup, serve with fromage.
