2.Incline head to the right, put straight, incline to the left, as with ear lobe touch a shoulder alternately on ten times to every shoulder, doing intervals exercise.
3.Incline head to the front, after back, till reject on ten times in every side.

4.Incline head to the right as ear to shoulder,after slowly,stretching neck to rejection, roll head back till a spine, as head back till rejection, after put straight, so in every side are ten times.

5.Rise hands vertically up, bend in elbows under straight corner, squeeze wrists in fists, head back till rejection, after elbows opening as more far back, like to wish to close behind spine, shoulder blades close, and with chin stretch up to the top, calculating till 7, repeat are ten times.

As this ready part activating for endocrine glands, so as are parathyroid, thyroid, and thymus gland, lymph nodules rising work, as around neck having, shoulders, under armpits, in breast, as after doing a base part of six rule a health.
