Use two tbl.sp. of every flower,adding one l. of hot water, infuse for 5 minutes, adding in one l. of chamomile infusion, tilia, one tbl.sp. of honey, mixing, put legs for 20 minutes.
Normalizing blood circulation are baths helping of mint, nettle,add one tbl.sp. dried nettle, mint,adding in one l. of hot water, infuse for 5 minutes, add in bath, put legs for 20 minutes.
Energy your legs of peels lemon and orange bath,as chopping peel glass of adding in 1.5 l. of hot water, cook for 5 minutes, cool,put legs for 30 minutes.
Very good recipes, but sea salt bath of will be also good.
