2.Bend right leg in knee,and helping with hand, put right feet under right left feet under left buttock, sit on heels, fingers legs of are directed back, hands put on knees.
3.After transfer body weight on hips, and knees.
4.Stretch body to front, does not spine bend.
5.Hands straight, and with strain stretch, fingers divide and press with theirs on knees, wrists are stronger straining.
