Take water 2 l, white cabbage 0.5 kg, onion, carrot, petroselinum root, potato, bay leaf, pepper fragrant, garlic, salt, crushed pepper red, dill, petroselinum.

Chiken s broth 2 l, chicken s fillet 30 gr, egg , fromage 50 gr, sorrel, onion green, salt,pepper.
Wash, dry, select sorrel, chop his, wash fillet dry, chop cubes till, cook in salted water. Potato wash,clean, chop, cook in salted water,add in broth potato, fillet, cook till potato ready. Hard boiled eggs crushed and adding slowly in shi, mixing with folk, stretching ,like egg, eggs,looking ,like thin tapes. Salt,pepper, infuse shi before eating closed till two hours, serve with fromage, a green onion sprinkle.
