 Raw potato shredded 1 piece, sauerkraut 0.5 glass, curdled milk 0.5 glass, clay 0.5 glass. ,mix mixture ,apply thick layer and bandage with to fix of cotton fabric, change for 2-3 times/day.

 Against widening veins varicouse.

 Yarrow 1 part 50 gr, leaf of raspberry 1/2 part, powder of red pepper 1/8 part, apple vinegar .All ingredients put in 0.5 l. of jar, add apple vinegar, that covering mixture on finger top, and at room infuse 2-3 weeks, use for rubbing, or applications.  

Pennycress benefit.

And me now on disability .3 months on an everyday am drunk on 3 l. of jar water   with 1 tbl.sp. of an apple vinegar added. And nothing others used, am visited endocrinologist, am slimmed on 32 kg, sugar is normal. Am sure apple vinegar helped me, and still am used in jar a   milk whey, that  by tv on medical show shared, that am need in weight lost on 8 kg, thus bye bye diabetes! Am heard, that diabetes displayed of stress, that if a will calm, diabetes left me, so its happened!

 Against spurs recipe am though as this is happened on 30 y.ago, am used garden, and my small home, but small crushed stones am received, used theirs to my home close, am applied two buckets, sprinkled theirs to my home close and trampled by these stones and water with watered .Am worked every day and used this work on weekends, not remembered a how many  seances am used, but spurs are not displayed.

2 glasses of hot tea adding 1 tb.sp. of chopped ginger, 2 pieces of lemon, and one tea.sp. of honey, when tea will cool, thus add lemon.A cold will leave you faster.

And 2 years ago in press am read , that not need to a calculate sheeps in insomnia , better doing breath exercises 4-7-8 , breathe in on 1-2-3-4, delay breath on 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ,pulling out lips by  tube and breathe out on 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 calculate, such exercise am doing 4-5 times before sleep, and not remember, how am a sleeping .Its  helps.

  And suddenly on the morning woke up with hot, swollen  knee, am hard visited surgeries , he prescribed x-ray   test, but just in ten days, and now, I  don't know, what is to do. Am at home though all recipes, which  am heard, and one is remembered is salted compress, used glass of warmed water, addec1 tbl.sp. of salt, mixed,wetted in cotton towel, wrapped knee, on a top applied film, warmed with scarf. Kept all night, for morning removed compress, and its magic , knee not worried. Since in 13 years, a, never remembered, what   is knee hurt.

Digestion improving and blood structure, and within year an adult need to eat till 7 kg of buckwheat cereal. As she's appreciating in children s meal and buckwheat honey. Blooming she is long, till months, that bees  taking much honey.A most benefit is buckwheat honey, much diastasis  numbers , diastasis is fermented   for splitting hard sugars in simple, which are easy absorbing by organism. And much iron having, that benefit  for blood creation.

Leaf of buckwheat 1 tbl.sp. herb of cudweed marsh 1 tbl.sp. Add 500 ml. of the hot water, infuse for hour, filter, use 0.5 glass for 3 times/day before meal as calming and sedative remedy.

2 tbl.sp. of buckwheat herb, in closed dish infuse in 500 ml. of the ho water for hour, filter, use 0.5 glass for 3 times/day before meal.

1 tbl.sp. of fl. buckwheat infuse in closed dish on 300 ml. of water for 30 min, filter, Use on 50 ml. for 3 times/day before meal.
