After school ending on 1948 am entered in Tambovsk vocational school, and we are had hard regime for every day after waking up in assembly hall under accordion Within 2 years for learn am habit to begin my morning with exercises and now , my age is 89 y.old am keeping this habit.
Doing different exercises, something avoiding and adding new. Beginning training as in bed lying, after waking up and keeping. Usually laying down for 20 min, and data of my complex is such, that lots of exercises doing on 8 times.
1. Massage for head, neck, face.
2. Turn head to the right, left, are 20 times.
3. Gymnastic for eyes: north, south, east-west by diagonal, circle turning on the clockwise and against all are 5 times.
4. Massage for right and left hand on 5 times from external side and on the 3 times from inside.
5. Massage for peritoneum region on the clockwise and against on 8 times.
6. Turn by feets , legs are elongated , palms under buttocks, to the front-back, on the different sides, inside to are 8 times.
7. Blowing lungs is fast breathe in through nose and through mouth and long breath out through mouth are 3 times.
8. Bicycle is lie on the spine are 20 times.
9. Repeat exercise nr 7.
10. Rise and down legs by alternately on 8 times.
11.At the same time rise on a fast breathe in by both legs up by feet on itself are 8 times.
12. Turning by a half bend leg on the clockwise, lie on the side are on 8 times every.
13.waves by extended hands /staying/ to the front, and back on 8 times.
14. Waves by hands bent in elbows before breast staying on 8 times.
15. Turning by body /staying, hands on the hips/ by a clockwise an against on the 8 times.
16. Sits/hands are on the hips -on breathe in is to sit, on breathe out-stand up are 8 times.
17. Fast emissions by hands to the front/staying position/, hands bent, wrists squeezed in fist, and pressed to breast with sound HA!
Ending day with exercises, before sleep in bed doing bicycle by legs on 40 times, exercise nr 11 are 8 times and massage for peritoneum cavity by a clockwise and against on 20 times.
