5.Oats soup.
1 glass of flakes oats, 6 glasses of water, one tea.sp. of melted oil butter, 1 egg, 3glasses of milk, 1 tea.sp. of sugar, pinch of salt.

6. Pumpkin.
800 gr of pulp pumpkin, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 1 glass of milk, vegetable oil, salt by taste.
Carrot, onion, pumpkin wash, clean, chop on pieces, in water and oil cook, mixing for 10 min. Add mixture of vegetables in hot water,add salt, cook 15-20 min, and with blender turn soup in purée ,add milk, and lead till boiling again.
7. Fish. 250 gr of not fat fish, one potato, carrot 1, 1 onion, 1 bay leaf, salt, green by taste.
Fatness fish cook in 1.5 l. of water with bay leaf for 30 min. Remove fish from broth and add in broth chopped vegetables, cook 20 min, after add fish in soup, salt, dill add and serve.
