And am repeating doing these compresses needing after exercise .If you are having arthritis, thus these are squats, is shoulder joints hurt thus are push-ups, if you elbow , thus stretching by expander.
Doing ice compresses is a very long, till an improving beginning , they are not harmful, but benefit is big . Thus, be patience and keep following by my advices.
