GTG OR test on glucose tolerance.

 GTG test is perioral on tolerance to glucose , in which measuring level of glucose in blood till test , as on an empty stomach, after in 60 min , just for pregnancy women's after using 75 gr of sol. Glucose ,   and in 120 min after sol. Glucose   using. Therefore, a level of glucose in blood measuring for twice for two hours in not pregnancy and three times in pregnancy women's. GTG IS often using by obstetrician -gynaecologists and endocrinologists for screening for  insulin resistance, pre-diabetes and diabetes. But this test is old, and not ability to find are light metabolic destroys, but a which needing active interventions, for avoiding complications.And,  advantages for GTG  ,that he is not expensive and easy for doctor, but we are needing not in easy tests and not expensive, but a high quality, modern tests, as its a fact.So in not pregnancy and in women's  and males are same referent meanings,  a glucose level in blood in 2 hours after using sol. of glucose on the level 7.8-11.0 mmol/l it testifies about a destroyed tolerance to glucose or pre-diabetes , level of glucose >_ 11.1 mmol/ is about a possible diabetes.
