What are carbohydrates?
Carbohydrates are nourishing substances, which giving to us energy. And these are:sugar, starch, fibers kinds. All sugars are carbohydrates, but not an all carbohydrates are sugars.
These are a few types of sugar having. Spreading are monosaccharides, condition from the one sugar molecule ,and disaccharides, containing from a both sugar molecules. Monosaccharides examples are glucose, fructose, and galactose. Disaccharides are vegetable sugar, a saccharose containing from one molecule of fructose and one molecule of glucose, thus containing is 50 percents a fructose and 50 perc. Glucose, maltose is of two molecules a glucose and lactose is galactose molecule plus glucose molecule. Monosaccharides and disaccharides are simple groups or fast carbohydrates , they are ability dissolving in water and faster rising sugar level in blood.
And also having oligosaccharide , oligo-as a several and polysaccharides , as poly-much, which containing from a few sugar molecules and also calling hard carbohydrates.As in digesting process, they are splitting on the simple carbohydrates and slowly rises sugar level in blood.
