In the last issue of club we are published are first five exercises by complex for a healing-preventing gymnastic, allowing to manufacture a good coordination for moves, right posture, affecting on the physical possibles of organism. Am offering for you are next 5 exercises, that you can to do with children's, as parents.
6. Emphasis on hands and knees, on calculate one rise right leg and right hand, on calculate 2 delay in this position, pulling out feet and palm, on calculate 3 return back. On calculate 4,5 same by left leg and left hand, on 6 return back. Repeat are 2–3 times.
7. Lie on the spine, stick put on the belly, straight legs and close, on calculate 1 rise stick on pulled out hands , on 2 rise closed legs and pass through window, on 3 carry out by stick under leg on back direction, on 4 return back. Repeat exercise for 2–3 times, in 5–6 months since training children must be passing under stick are straightened legs.
8. Lie on the belly, hands with stick moved back, and bend in elbows, straightening legs and close. On calculate 1 bend, remove hands and legs from mattress, on 2-7 fix body in such position, on 8 return back, repeat are 2–3 times.
9. Lie on the spine, hands straight and put behind head, straightened legs close, on calculate 1 as swing my hands up, on 2-3 fix this position, on 4 return back, repeat are 2–3 times.
10. Lie on the belly, straightened hands with stick put back, legs closed and press to mattress, on calculate one bend, remove from mattress and rise closed straight legs, on 2 return back, repeat are 2–3 times.
