1. Stay, legs separately, toes expanded , rounded in elbows hands are down, on calculate one is half squat , knees in sides,2 return back, 3-4 as on calculate 1-2, 5 rise on toes, picture 1, 6 is return, and 7-8 as on calculate 5-6.
2. Same position, on calculate 1 is half squat, knees in sides, rounded hands to the front/picture 2, 2. straight, rounded hands up,3. half squat, knees in sides, rounded hands in sides, 4. return.
3. Stay, toes expanded, rounded hands down, on calculate 1 half squat, knees in sides,2. straightening, move right leg in side on toe/picture 3/, 3. half squat, knees in sides, 4. return , same with other leg, same, slightly tearing off leg from the floor.
4. Stay, toes separately, hands on waist, on calculate 1 right leg in side on toe , 2. not high rise her/picture 4/, and again put on toe, 3-7. as on calculate 2, 8. return back, same with other leg.
5. Same, on calculate 1 is half squat , right leg to the front on toe/picture 5/, 2. by arc lead leg back , not tearing off toe from the floor, 3.same, as transfer to the front, 4. return, same with other leg.
6. A stay by right side to the chair, right hand on the chair s wall, left is on the waist, on calculate 1 is wave by left leg, 2.return back, 3.wave by left leg in side /picture 6/, 4. return, 5. Wave by left leg back, 6. return , 7. wave by left leg in side, 8. return back, same with other leg, turning by other side to the chair.
7. Stay, toes expanded, rounded hands raised , on calculate 1-2 incline to the front, by rounded hands down through sides below, 3-4. return back, 5-6. right leg to the front on toe, bending back/picture 7/, 7-8. return back, and same with other leg.
8. Stay , legs are separately, toes expanded, rounded hands down, to calculate 1 squat on left leg, right in side on the toe, incline body to the right, rounded left hand over head /picture 8/, 2. not returning , incline body to the front, rounded hands to the front, same with incline in other side.
9. Stay by face to chair, hands are on the chair s spine, on calculate 1-2 left leg back on the toe, as lower squat on right, 3-4. bending back, 5-6. as on calculate 1-2/picture 9/, 7-8. return back same with other leg.
10. Stay, toes expanded, right leg to the front, left back/picture 10/, on calculate 1 by jump change position, same doing jumps with a turn around an own axis.
