Strengthening teas and vitamin , regulating for metabolism, blood cleaning, diuretic, laxative, as for preventing abortions also, also cooking of herbs are salads, and diet nr 15, as rational, what needing for children, as keeping for weight right, as not rise or low, and everyday doing exercises as for pregnancy and till 7 months, as ending with a force exercises on press.
For 1–2 months a pregnancy.
1. Acorus cal. rh. is 50 gr for salad, for tea is 1 part, avena sat. fol. 50 gr for salad, for tea 1 part, beta vul. rad. 50 gr for salad, 1 part for tea, melissa off. her, 15 gr for salad, 2 parts for tea, vaccinium myr. Herb as 10 gr for salad, 2 parts for tea. Salad cook as raw.
2-3 gr of mixture in 1/2 l. of the hot water, infuse , closed for 20-30 min, use within a day on 100-150 gr, filtered, as mixed mass add for salad as in food.
2. Allium sat. bulb. 1 part, artemisia abs. Herb. 1 part, calendula off. fl. 2 parts, urtica herb. 1 part, viola tr. herb. 2 parts.
Cook same, use by small gulps on an empty stomach on 50 gr for 6-8 times/day.
3. Angelica syl. herb. 1 part, avena sat. herb 2 parts, bellis per. herb. 2 parts, daucus car. sem. 2 parts, fragaria herb. 2 parts.
4. As cook, like nr 1, use before meal on 100-150 gr for 3-4 times/day, and also cook fresh salad and eat for 2-3 times/day on 70-100 gr .
5. Capsicum an. fr. 2 parts, pimpinella an. sem. 1 part, glechoma hed. herb. 1 part, hippophae rhamn. fr. 2 parts, hippophae rhamn. fr. 2 parts, melissa off. herb 1 part. As cook, like nr 1, use filtered and for salads and tea drink before meal on 100-150 gr for 3-4 times/day.
6. Artemisia herb. 1 part, calendula off. fl. 2 parts, petroselinum cr. sem.herb 2 parts, ribes nigr. herb.fl. 3 parts, rubus id. herb,fl. 2 parts. As cook same, filtered use mass for salads or soups, use tea before meal on 100-150 gr for 3-4 times/day.
7. Daucus car.sem. 1 part, fragaria herb 2 parts, taraxacum off. rad. 1 part, vaccinium myr. fol. 2 parts, vitis vin. fr. 3 parts. Cook,use,like before.
