2.5 gr of mixture in 1/2 l. of water, use for 3 times\day, as before infuse for 8-10 hours infuse as cold, drink.
2.Foeniculum vul. parts, malva syl. rad. 0.5 parts, ribes nigr.herb 2 parts, valeriana off. rh. 1 part.
taraxacum off. rad. 2 parts. 2-3 gr of mixture in one l . of hot water, infuse 20 min, use within a day .

1. Dandasana, jathasa partvasana, makarasana, salabhasana, ardha matsyenrasana, yogasana, every exercise doing 5 min , and all for 2 times/day on 30-40 min.
