On my young ages am used sport, now are physical exercises doing, half years ago bough sticks for Scandinavian walk, am happy and walking. And on the morning for work am walking three km, and in the evening same.And for shopping using too, put in cart for items, as leaving shop, put all items in my backpack and on the spine, and keeping walking. As in selecting sticks, am checked loop as for my hand wrist comfortable feeling and on the Velcro, and they are not foldable, thus less vibration for my hands, and will serve longer, as and happening, that place of connector are breaking. Am checking when peoples are walking with very long or short sticks, that they are wrong affecting on right technique. And good not pushing away.
My height is 168 cm, my stick on 120 cm, hand on handle finding under straight corner, wrist is on navel level, and for walk on asphalt on an sharp tips wore rubber shoe/they're selling with kits /.
Learned a Scandinavian walk a not hard, in right technique sticks giving good support and reloading for vertebra, knee and hip joints, working are muscles on 90 percents, as more ,than in simple walk.
Am intensively using my sticks, that theirs tips are erased till base.About shoes, am sharing.
