As bad feelings in weather changing as on a spring , summer very feelings. At my pocket always having validol, nitroglycerine. As deciding in restoring for health, am thinking about a few factors. At in my height on 172 am keeping weight 75-78 kg, alone living, self cooking, and often with my grandson Maxim cooking carrot pies, beljashi, my daughter ordering for me jam of green walnuts, very is benefit for heart, and for morning and evening checking pressure, in rising using pill of anapril on 20 mg.These are my methods of fighting , and on my 75 years, am dreaming living till 80 y.old.
