Had been sicked my mum, and am left my sport, my apartment new and returned to my home Red YAR , but work am found easy , as director for Krasnoyarsk school, as on region s level, where are my wards are won in any competitions. When quests visited us, they are wondered, how am all kept up, that am care for my mum, her birds, animals, and sauna built, and regular training. On 2003 my heart broken, that my son dead, disaster of car, champion through basketball from school boys, champion , Capitan for command. Am true shocked , upset , in three months , am tried woke up from this and tried pulled on the crossbar, but am not ability done it. Am though, its end, am broken! Am disability. Am though, about, what will I can do , and on 26 of January 2004 I'm created a sporty-recovering group , and for first training 6 women's visited on 55–60 years old. Asked in theirs, how many circles we can run ? ,circles in us are 80 metres, and i m though, oh no, they will say are 20, but am weaken stayed, not tried trained, women's run are 2 circles, hard tired, returned by steps. And in a year we are together on every training run are 45 circles. As new trainers looked on us and not believed, that they can to do also. A one woman visiting us looked on us ,that we are push-up from the floor from 20-40 times was said:" Am sure ,that three times i will push-ups , and will dead right way"/ Am answered to her, it's a not right away to do, and very faster, doing just one pushes-ups for month, and next month on 2 adding, add one pushes-ups for one time/month, but its need enter in system.
Now in group calling as Krasnoyarsije beauties are regularly training 20 [persons, 5 years we are recovering. With a combination a recovering-sporty group is staying on first place, and just after this , am creating for my beauties competitions by easy athletic. Managers for region supported us ,and now we are together doing regional champions between women's by easy athletic. And you know about our group differencing from other , analogical? That we are training on pre-holiday and on holiday days, and not importance as on December 31 or First January in your yard, or March 8, we are not stopping training. We are in goal: an importance in life is training. We are released a leaflet, that with a goal : to live till 90 y.old and more and not staying for hard for community, and for yourself. And when for me shared,that is joke, not a possible, am showing Alexandra, is beautiful lady on 86 y.old, she runs for 6 km for 12.1 sec and grenade throwing on 500 gr for 12 metres and results her growing from a year in year.
