Detox-soups are organism cleaning and filling with energy, faster cooking and in theirs are lots of vegetables as garlic, onion, stimulating digestion, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effects having, thus add theirs in your ration.
With red lentil.
These soups are calculated on four portions.
150 gr of red lentil, onion big, two garlics pinches, red or orange sweet pepper, 400 ml. of coconut milk, one tbl.sp. of coconut oil for frying, salt, pepper, one tbl.sp. of curcuma, 0.5 l. of water.
Garlic, onion cut, fry till transparent on coconut oil, add curcuma, lentil, pepper, fry three min, add water, coconut milk. Lead till boiling, weak fire and cook to ready. You can chop soup after cooking in blender, salt, pepper by taste.
If coconut milk from jar is delamination, it's not worry, separating fats from liquid is normal process. Mix milk with folk, that till same mass forming.
With broccoli.
One small onion, potato, broccoli head with stem, bunch for basil fresh with stems, 2 tbl.sp. or dried, 2 heads of garlics, 2 tbl.sp. of olive oil, 0.5 l. of water, salt, pepper.
Chop onion, garlic, fry till transparent in olive oil, in deep pan, if you add dried basil, put his with onion and garlic, in 3-4 min, add water, in boiling, add cubes of potatoes, broccoli, chopped with stem. Weak fire, cook till vegetables ready, before 5 min till ready salt, add fresh chopped basil.
With carrot, ginger.
One big onion, 2-3 garlics pieces, 5 middle carrots, 6 cm of fresh ginger root, one tbl.sp. coconut oil, stick a cinnamon, or 0.5 tea.sp.of grinded, 750 ml. of water. Clean and chop ginger, garlic and onion, add spices, fry in coconut oil, till transparent, after add water, lead till boiling. Clean carrot, shred. Add in boiling water, weak fire and cook till carrot ready. After cooking, you can chop in a blender.
