In insomnia use 3 tbl.sp. of dried roots yellow water lily in one l. of the hot water, infuse hour, use one tbl.sp. for 3 times/day, course are ten days.
In bronchitis use 2 tbl.sp. of dried roots yellow water lily in glass of water, steam on weak fire for 20 min, infuse 2 hours, filter, use on 30 drops for 3 times/day till recovering.
Against uterine bleeding, long menses as 0.5 tbl.sp. of dried seeds yellow water lily and roots add in glass for milk, cook ten min on weak fire, cool, filter, use 100 ml. for 2 times/day within 3 days.
Avoiding in pregnancy, and overdosages.
Against rheumatism use 50 gr of fresh flowers yellow water lily wrap in gauze, put for two min in boiled water, cool, and apply to ache place for hour, that method to fight aches and after injury and sucking haematoma.
In erysipelas chop fresh leaf of yellow water lily , apply for half hours to inflammatory place, repeat everyday till improving condition.
In tracheitis, bronchitis chopped dried or fresh herb ragwort mix in honey, and any animal fat one to one, apply on bronchus region, close film, and warmed scarf, and keep 2 hours, repeat everyday till condition improving.
Cramps, belly spasms, muscles as one tea.sp. chopped herb of ragwort add in thermos with 2 glasses of boiled water, infuse night, filter, use on 30 ml. for 3 times/day till stopping cramp syndrome.
Mastitis is helps ointment of ragwort. Chop herb till porridge kind, add vegetable oil or animal fat one to one, apply under bandage and keep constantly, changing for 2 times/day and till healing.
Ulcer stomach as one tea.sp. chopped herb dried of ragwort, add in 400 ml. of the hot water, infuse hour, filter, use one tbl.sp. for 3 times/day as on an empty stomach on the morning, course are 14 days.
Against parasites one tbl.sp. of chopped dried herb add in glass of the hot water for 30 min, filter, use one tbl.sp, till 5 times/day for ten days.
Avoiding pregnancy, lactation, organic heart diseases, liver, kidneys, glaucoma.
