Every women want to stay slim, energy and with forces lots. Thus are lots of diets created, but not an every is useful, even are weight lowering. Am eating healthy meal, training for 3 times/week, but my weight is not lowering, but reson here is over eating. Meal is healthy,we are eating lots, but they are needing in care and control.

Dried fruits, nuts.Yes, they are benefit, but they are a hyper - calorie, and one tea sp. on the morning are nuts are better, and not more.
Milk products. Sweet yogurts, sweet curd snacks, fat curd, fromage are evil for figure, as and lactose to sugar.

They are having sweeteners, beautiful packet, and not benefit.
Juices from bottles, packets. Are with sugar, tasters bad, colours, canned.
If you fry a low calorie chicken in oil or veal, dress with salad vegetable s of, and fat sauce, adding butter oil, thus are not wait fast results.

Modern meal s industry are ready transfer dietic meal in whatever ,as sweet curd or sweet gas drink, but very colour packet hide a true essence and big harmful for fatness meal.
