Healing teas in our life.

 Today, tea is our life meeting often, lots of us enjoying herbal teas, today are selling lots of taste teas. But tea with herb getting aromatic taste, and benefit, new taste and organism recovering, combining as benefit with pleasure.

Am offering a few recipes of tea balsams, which helping me fighting with diseases .

In gastrointestine diseases use 250 gr of tea, 2 tbl.sp. hypericum, leafs of mint, sage, and one tbl.sp. leafs of bearberry, herb of thyme, flowers chamomile.

In cardiovascular diseases are 250 gr of tea, 2 tbl.sp. leafs of mint, herb leonurusm one tbl.sp. root valeriana, berries of crataegus, fl. chamomile,4 tnl.sp. berries of hibiscus.

In kidneys diseases 250 gr of tea, 2 tbl.sp. of hypericum, leafs of coltsfoot, herb oregano, anise seeds, roots Althea, leafs plantain, sage, and one tbl.sp. of thyme, 0.5 tbl.sp. of eucalyptus.

In kidneys diseases 250 gr of tea, 2 tbl.sp. hypericum, leafs of bear berry, fl. of cornflower blue, 3 tbl.sp. of fruits hibiscus, one tbl.sp. leafs of cow berry, fruits of juniperus, birch of buds, corn stigmas.

In nerve system diseases as 250 gr of tea, 2 tbl.leafs of mint, herb leonurus, and oregano, roots Althea, fl. chamomile, and one tbl.sp. valeriana roots, cones humulus.

Preventing cold.

250 gr of tea, 2 tbl.sp. of hypericum, leafs of mint, one tbl.sp. herb of thyme, roots of valeriana.

And in these recipes herbs and teas mix good, and keep mixtures in jars of glass with hard lid.

And cook of one tea.sp. mixture mixed taken and add glass of the hot water, as for one person, in 8-10 min drink is ready.
