One tbl.sp. of young leafs burdock juice mix in glass of water, use 1/3 glass for 3 times/day before meal.
3 tbl.sp. of juice of celery petioles pressed, use for 2 times/day before meal.
0.5 glass of juice blueberry for 2 times/day use before meal.
0.5 glass of cow berry juice use for 2 times/day before meal.
0.5 glass juice of sambucus nigra use for 2 times/day before meal.
Raspberry juice use 0.5 glass and not over ripped ,for 2 times/day between a meal time.
0.5 glass of juice black currant use for 2 times/day before meal and juices drink sugar-free.
Eat on season or buy 0.5 glass of fresh fragaria vesca berries for 2-3 times/day between a meal time as sugar-free.
One glass of blueberry eat for 2 times/day between a meal time.
4 tbl.sp. of kidney beans pods add in 2 glasses of hot water, keep on weak fire for 15 min, infuse hour, filter, press, use 2 tbl.sp. infusion for 2-3 times/day before meal.
Eat on season one sour apple for 2-3 times/day between a meal time.
0.5 glass of juice cherry use for 2 times/day before meal hour.
2 tbl.sp. of blackberries as not over ripped add in glass for the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse half hours, filter, use on 1/3 glass infusion for 3 times/day before meal.
2 tbl.sp. chopped berries cranberry add in 1.5 glass of the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse half hours, filter, use 0.5 glass infusion for 3 times/day before meal.
One tea.sp. leafs of blueberry add in glass of the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse hour, filter, use by gulps within a day is daily dose.
One tbl.sp. leafs of cow berry add in glass for the hot water, keep on weak fire for 3 min, infuse hour, filter and add boiled water till first size, use 1/4 glass for 3 times/day before meal.
One tbl.sp. of oats sewed herb add in glass for the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse hour, filter, use 1/4 glass for 3 times/day before meal.
2 tblsp of root of dandelion add in glass for the hot water, keep 5 min is on the weak fire, infuse hour, filter ,add boiled water till initial size, use one tbl.sp. infusion for 3-4 times/day before meal, and this infusion lowers cholesterol in the blood.
0.5 glass of seeds oats in membrane adding in 3 glasses for the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse hour, filter, use 0.5 glass infusion for 3-4 times/day before meal. And this infusion lowers cholesterol, useful in hard stool.
2 tbl.sp. of herb clover meadow add in 1.5 glass for the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse hour ,filter, press, use 0.5 glass for 3 times/day before meal.
One tbl.sp. herb Lucerne seeding add in glass of the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse hour, filter, use 2 tbl.sp. for 3 times/day before meal.
4 tbl.sp. shredded tubers of artichoke add in 3 glasses of the hot water, cook ten min, filter. Use 1/4 -1/3 glass infusion for 4 times/day before meal.
One tbl.sp. of dried leafs artichoke add in glass for the hot water, lead till boiling, infuse hour, filter, use 1/4 glass infusion for 3 times/day before meal.
All these recipes are using with a right diet as in low glucose level on 6-7 mmol/l use just herbs, but on 10 mml/l and higher use herb with remedies by Dr prescribing. On the summer prepare harvest by nature are leafs of blackberry, cow berry, herb oats, root of dandelion, herb clover meadow, herb Lucerne , leaf of artichoke.
And on the cure time periodically check sugar in blood, that is very importance,as a sharp lowering is true dangerous , as and sharp rising.
