Boiled water cool till 80C, add cinnamon, pink, warm on fire, not leading till second boiling for ten min. In a good warmed tea pot add warmed mixture, add tea, keep under lid for 3 min, filter, add lemon juice.Cool till 40 C, dilute in this drink honey/honey warmed a higher as 40 C is harmful.
Drink also after sauna, or bath.
