Brick tea 50 gr, milk 100 gr, ghee oil 1 tbl.sp, nutmeg 3 gr, bay leaf 3 pieces, 3 pinks, water one l.

Scald a hot water a tea pot, add hot water for 2/5 a size, add tea, infuse 5 min. Scald a hot water or warm over fire are 4 tea cups. Add in cups on 25 gr warm creams, add infused tea and not keeping order adding creams and tea is affecting on tradition.
Indian tea.
Tea 3 tea.sp, half of big lemon, sugar 2 tea.sp, ice 5 cubes, water 300 gr.
Warm tea pot good, add hot water, add tea, infuse under lid and towel for 5 min. Cool tea till 5-7 C, after add his in dish with 5 cubes of ice, three tea,sp. Sugar, half pieces of lemon, drink is on the small gulps.
