And ready squids put in salted water of 2 l water in 20 gr salt, one kg squids , white roots add , cook 5 min in weak boiling, ready squids cut on pieces and across fibers and pour over sauce, for diets nr 2 of milk sauce with tomato, for diets nr 7,9,10 as of fromage sauce with onion.
Pilaf of sea scallop for diets nr 2,5,7,8,10
Scallop muscle keep ten min in 4 percent sol.salt, cut on pieces and stew in oil ,adding onion, with chopped carrot, tomato. In stewed till ready half a rice add in meat of scallop with vegetables, broth lead till ready on weak fire or in oven .
Noodles with mussels, diets for nr 2, 5,7 ,9,10
Cooked noodles dress with oil, and add boiled mussels, after put on pan, spread with fromage, and bake in oven.

Melt shrimps in water or on air, wash, put in salted boiled water, add dill, and cook for 5 min since boiling time, after turn off fire, infuse 20 min in hot broth. Shrimps clean, add in stewed rice, chopped and carrot, onion fried, chopped eggs, warm for 10 min, before serve sprinkle with green.
