Poland sauce. Diets for 1,2,7,10,15
In white fish sauce adding melting butter oil, shedding eggs, chopping green, and lemon acid , but not for diet nr 1.
Egg-oily sauces cooking on butter oil and eggs. Or adding milk, or white sauce, and these sauces using for diets nr 2, 15,without lemon acid enter in diet nr 1.
Holland sauce.
Diets nr 2,4,15
In yolks add water, pieces of butter oil 1/3 norm, and mixing cooking on water bath till thickness. After turn off fire, add vegetable oil, and after full mixing with yolks adding white sauce on meat or vegetable infusion after dress with salt, and lemon acid.
Fruit sauces.
Serve to cereal dishes for nr 2, 5,7, 9,10 diets. For nr 9 cook on xylitol or sorbitol.
Apple sauce.
Fresh apples wash, chop on pieces, remove middle, cook in sugar or sorbitol, xylitol, and lemon acid. After rub, lead till boiling, add starch, and cinnamon add.
Apricot sauce.
For nr 2, 5,7,10 diets.
Fresh apricots wash, clean , rub , add sugar powder, keep in cold, serve.
Lemon sauce.
Diet nr 9.
Eggs shake, add creams, add shredding lemon peel, mixed in sugar powder and beating in water bath till thickness, after add lemon juice.
Sauces for the cold dishes.
Dressing for salads, meat,fish, cold , bird, vegetable dishes. And these are groups for sauces of mayonnaise, vegetable marinades, dressings.
Mayonnaise sauce.
Diets nr 7,9,10,15
In rubbing with salt and sugar yolks slow entering in vegetable oil, mixing with wood scoop. After a full oil emulating and same thick mass forming, adding sol. of lemon acid, and mixing. And to this sauce you can add fromage, and milk or fromage sauce. For diet nr 7 sauce cook salt free, for nr 9 a sugar changes on sorbitol, or xylitol, but stevia too matches.
Mayonnaise in white sauce.Nr 2, 7,9, 10,15 diets.
In natural mayonnaise add ready cooked on broth a white sauce and mix good.
Marinade-sauce vegetable.For nr 7,9, 10,15
White roots, carrot, onion shred, steam onion, ready vegetables cook on vegetable oil, add tomato, spices, and keeping cooking a few min. After vegetables adding in hot-vegetable infusion, add sugar, for nr 9 diet add sorbitol, or xylitol, salt, but not in diet nr 7, cook 15 min.
Sauce fromage for vegetable salads for nr 2, 5,7, 10,15 diets.
In fromage add salt, sugar, dilute mixture with weak sol. lemon acid.
Sauce fromage for fruit salads, for diets nr 2,5,7,9,10
In fromage add berry, lemon, or orange juice, shred peel, scald, and after cooling add in sauce, sorbitol, or xylitol for nr 9 diet.
Dressing for salads, for nr 2, 7,10, 15 diets.
In lemon acid solution add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, mix good. For dressings cooking using grape vinegar or 2 percent sol. of lemon acid as 20 gr of lemon acid for one l. of boiled water.
