Oats porridge rubbing, for diets nr 1,2
Oats add in salted water boiling, cooking 15 min, after adding milk hot and cooking 30 min. Hot porridge rubbing, adding sugar and mixing warming on water bath till 80C, serve with butter oil.

Rice add in boiling water and cook till ready , after add chopped on cubes pumpkin, hot milk, salt, sugar, cook a liquid porridge. For diets nr 1,2, rice begfore to grind, serve with oil.
