On this year am received good harvest of gooseberry. And am to share with readers my recipe, as my favourite garden recipe, am sure you will enjoy for future too.
To mince meat are 5 kg of gooseberries, 6 oranges with peel, removed stones but, add 6 kg for sugar, all mix good. When sugar is diluting, apply in sterilized jars, and keep in refrigerator. And smell are oranges, very taste. Gooseberry is very taste, and calls a Royal berry, and benefit with vitamins, and macro elements.
