15 gr bark of eucommia  ulmoides, fr. fennel, roots acorus  calamus, herb mint, herb cudweed marsh, birch leafs, fl. crataegus, calendula .One tbl. sp. ready infusion add in 300 ml. hot water, cook 20 min is on the water bath, is on weak fire for 20 min, turn off fire, infuse 4 hours. Filter , lead till a first size with boiled water, use 5 tbl.sp. for 4 times/day before meal. Cure keep 5 months, add rest for 6 months, repeat course.

In high cholesterol. 100 gr of chopped bark add in 1/2 l. of vodka, infuse for day dark into place, filter, use on ten drops for 3 times/day between a meal time, in 50 ml. of water diluting.

In gout.

20 gr of bark add in 1/2 l. of water, lead till boiling and boil on weak fire 15 min, turn off fire, infuse under lid for hour, wrap in towel. Filter, dilute boiled water as one to one, use  on 15 ml for 3 times/day between a meal time.

In chronic fatigue syndrome.

200 gr of chopped bark add in one l. of vodka, infuse in dark place for 2 weeks, filter, use on 5 drops for one times/day.

Side effects, and contraindications.

Of eucommia ulmoides remedies avoid use in chronic hypotonia, bradycardia, sugar diabetes 2nd type as on hard stage, adenoma prostate,  bad enduring, allergy, pregnancy, lactation, and children till 12 y.old, in over dosages are having :rash, skin itch, neck edema, face, pressing in breast feeling .
