Green smoothie.
My every morning beginning with smoothies before am drinking a glass for water after wake up. After morning work, and Eva is in kindergarten, am cooking smoothies.
And am not theirs right away cooked, am cooked fruit-berry and smoothies bowls, but these are very sweet for me. But of salads, greens are good. And for sweet adding fruits, berries, that what I need for me is taste and useful. And a few ingredients am found, which are creating my green smoothies taste and benefit.
Pear, celery, fig, peach.
And if you are having these ingredients, am guaranteeing for best smoothie, and for a better drink am adding half of water cup. And this is by taste. Everyday green smoothies gives gastrointestinal the best work, skin condition, edema fighting, my friends are slimming on these smoothies, but a few are sharing ,that having gastrointestinal problems. And am describing these effect of me,as chronic gastritis since a student time, problems with pancreas after Tv work, are not worries me. When am eaten sweets or milk, these problems are returning, thus am selecting this my habit morning.
My favourite recipes.
Iceberg salad, cucumber, stem of celery, peach, half of avocado.
Or spinach, cucumber, celery, 2 pieces for fig.
Or salads mix, cucumber, celery pear.
