Never eat carbohydrate and sour meal for one meal method.

Sweet fruits are longer delaying in stomach, and more sour a less, and all fruits better eat separately from an other products. And especially harmful theirs using after meal, thus they are causing fermentation , and sweeter fruits are worse. And also for fruit juices,and fruits, juices eat in 3 hours after meal, and before a hour a next meal eat.
Sweet fruits are good combining with each other,as raising with prunes, and with half sour fruits apples with persimmon, sweet fruits you can mix with creams, fromage, green, sour milk, dry fruits add in a porridges as pilaf with raisin, or with dried apricots.
Compatible vegetables.
Cabbage, cucumbers, not a cauliflower, radish red, sweet pepper, pods kidneys beans, radish black, garlic, beet, turnip, young pumpkin, squashes, lettuce.
These are green products are good combining with any meal, as absorbing with proteins, meat with cucumber, curd with carrot, fats as cabbage with oil, starches, vegetables as beet with bread, greens, but all vegetables are not combine with milk.
And not mix with fruits, just with a few allowing.
Less combining vegetables.
Cauliflower, white cabbage, green peas, latest pumpkin, squashes, aubergines.These vegetables are success combining with starches as squashes with bread,with all vegetables, fats, as aubergines with fromage, greens. Less good with animal proteins as cauliflower with meat, green peas with eggs, and not combining fruits with milk.
Greens.
Salad, green onion, sorrel, dill, petroselinum.Green combining with any meal, not with milk, and for the normal feeling eat everyday bunch of greens, as benefit with starches and proteins, as here good digesting, neutralizing toxins, restoring vitamins deficit, improving peristaltic bowel.
Protein meal.
Meat, fish, curd, cheese, eggs, milk, sour milk, yogurt, kefir, and dried kidney beans, lentil, peas, nuts, seeds, mushrooms, and they are good combining with greens, vegetables, and avoid here milk, which separately drink, and good mix proteins with fats , animal fats good combining with animal fats, and with vegetable, but fats are delaying digestion, thus in this combination adding vegetables and greens. Proteins not mix with starch fruits, vegetables and sugars. And exclusion here are cheese, curd, sour milks, nuts, seeds,which sometimes eat with fruits.
Starch products.
Millet, rye, oats and meal of theirs as bread, macaronies, rice, buckwheat, potato, chestnuts, ripe corn, and they are good combining with greens, fats, vegetables all. And good combine starch with starches, but not in obesity, and in starch with fats you need something eat greens, or vegetables.
And avoiding starches with proteins as animals, bread with meat, potato with fish, milk, sour milk, as porridges of milk, creams, kefir with bread, sugars as pie with jam, porridge with sugar, any fruits and fruit juices.
Sugars.
Sugar, jam, fructose, syrups, honey, sirup, and in mixing with starches, proteins are causing fermentation, thus separately theirs eating, if you are enjoy theirs. And here is honey preventing fermenting and rot, and on an small quantity good with meal lots of, but not an animal meal.
Fats.
Butter oil, melted, creams, fromage, vegetable oils, lards, animal fats, porks, fat meat, fish, nuts. And they are good mixing with greens, as salad with fromage, starch, as porridge with oil, fats with fruits as berries, fromage with strawberry, and not mix fats with animals as creams with sugar, pastry meal.
Approximately menu.
For breakfast eat fruits,fruit salad, cheese, fromage, bread sandwiches with brands and butter oil, or curd, cheese.
Lunch are proteins meal, as meat, fish dishes add to portion salad with vegetables. And avoid habit garnish of potato, macaronies.And for the first dish are broth or vegetable soup, for desert are not sweet dishes.
Dinner are carbohydrates as they are absorbing by organism, as potato or carrot casserole , macaronies with cheese, sweet fruits.
