2 simple recipes.
Cabbage fermentation.
One kg of cabbage, one carrot 60 gr, one tea.sp. salt.
Shred cabbage, add shredding carrot, salt. Mix, infuse in same dish, and put under big stone or hard item. In a day to pierce her with a long wood stick, or knife for gases remove, which filling in fermenting. Same doing for two times/day in different places within 4 days, mix, put in cold.
Cucumbers fermentation.
For one l. cold water are one tbl.sp. salt, mix. Jars wash, put cucumbers with spices/dill, black currant leafs, garlic, pepper, pepper, like peas black, bay leaf, petroselinum, horse radish, leafs oak, add brine, close lid slightly. And infuse at room for three days, after close tight with lid and put in refrigerator. In a week you can eat.
And not forget to wet are cereals, nuts, bean, and this is helping fighting from an abundant fitin acid, which in abundant quantities calling anti-nutrient, and not allowing preventing absorbing nourishing substances from a meal. Wetting bean, cereal cooking less by a time, as we are keeping nourishing appreciation in meal, and wetting products ,like come to life and staying more taster. Am always wetting for night, that not doing on afternoon, that on a morning washing and cooking. Or I don't want to do this everyday, wetting dried nuts you can put in freezer and if you need use.
