First day.
Breakfast.
Boiled not fat cold meat, 2 hard-boiled eggs, fresh cabbage, or cucumbers, after every 2 hours eat not cleaning apples.
Lunch. Salad of 5 portions with sunflower oil, and vinegar, 400 gr boiled beef with horse raddish or mustard, more apples, and till evening drink not sweet tea and water.
And on a first day you are not eating dinner.
Second day.
And not eating breakfast.
Lunch are apples, salad is on big quantities, and not eating dinner.
Third day.
Breakfast. Fruits and vegetables as for lunch and for second day, in every 2 hours are apples.
A lunch is a same, like on first day, and after in every 2 hours are apples.
And on dinner stand up on scales, as on third day you are loosing2 kg. from 600 gr till 3800 gr, and better this diet affects on the obesity. And if you are want to slim further, lead till an own normal weight, keep eating on breakfast, like on first day, lunch as of boiled meat, vegetables, salads, fruits.
Dinner same, like for lunch.
