Milk dishes and enjoy eating in Bulgaria. And very famous dish is Tarator as cleaned cucumbers, chopped on cubes, grinded garlic, vegetable oil, salt, chopped dill, and pour over with milk, shaken with water on half. Or you can cook tarator with hard-boiled eggs. 500 gr of milk, water a same, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 4 cucumbers, garlic pieces,salt by taste.
And very taste meal is curd with green.
Salad leafs, spinach, dill, petroselinum select, wash, clean from stems, dry with towel, and chopping. To mince meat or rub curd,add sugar, salt, mix with chopped greens, and apply on dish ,like a hill, in a middle form deep, in which apply fromage, and edges decorating with salad leafs, dill.
500 gr of curd is curd spoon, 100 gr green, 2 tbl.sp. sugar, tea.sp. of salt.
