As in my weak organism am always interesting in recovering method,and in my arsenals are yoga, gymnastic, west dances, gymnastic by Tibet monarchs, massage active points and other, today am taking are lots of interesting systems trainings from TV, and they are keeping me in tone and ,like on top.
And for readers am advising attention on awesome exercises from collection Jury Afanasjev , these exercises are strengthening and training your lymph system , and thus your immunity,that today is very actuality.
1.Sit, right hand is on the right shoulder, left hand supports left knee down, with a hands move a left knee to the top for right, as more far, after move left leg in a left side as same with an other leg, doing are 3 approaches are on ten times.
2.Stay, hands to the front, wrists keeping elbows, slowly full half squat, and hips for a floor parallelly and on calculation ten you are straightening as on initial position slowly, and on a calculate ten,repeat are 3 times.
3. Stay, hand with fists back pressing on the kidneys regions, bending spine, move shoulders back, return in initial position and so as 3 approaches are on ten times.After every exercise a roll with corpus to the left,right and doing 3 full breath in and out,raising hands up.Temp for all exercise is slow, and data dosage is not leading right away , as by your condition and training ,and after exercises you are feeling forces and lightness,try theirs, and you will not regret!
And on my 53 y.old in my soul are happened changes, as on pension am trying keeping my life mode right, when as working, am not used this. As since evening am planing a next day,that before not done,as minds about work are stressed me, aren't ability kept something in my hands, and my hubby asked me about my mind, am thinking about my kindergarten as a how to decorate hall to the celebration for Autumn, as which harvest to create?Bed flowers, and much more... Am restored my pension life with such method,t hat my hubby drinking morning coffee, am repeating optimistic mind mood as with an everyday am feeling better and better and in all relations! A high minds are curing me ,am happy, free , calmed and healthy!
And doing massage by 9 active points from Umanskaja, as morning gymnastic by Tibet monarchs, Norbekova system, on which am stopping detailed.Am visited courses in Norbekov as she offering meditations, physical exercises, massage, methods for mind manufacturing organs. And all together given me an awesome effect. As face colour cleaned, aches removed , improved a common condition and mood,and am writing poems,maybe are weak something squeezed me,which are suppressed me physically and mentally,and these four exercises am doing and today.
1. As joints promotion.
Stay, and moves with knees beginning and drawing circles with knees as on the clockwise for 8-10 times ,after not stopping, lead to circle moves with pelvis are 8-10 times, shoulders are same, breast cell are 8-10 times with , neck with to the same side as 3 wave head rewinds ,after to the back side as , low ,neck, shoulders, breast cell , pelvis, knees, and same against a clockwise.
2. A run with shoulders. Stay, run on place, with the gap from a floor are just heels, and shoulders moving to the front and back, alternately, hands as hanging out as relaxed condition, and exercise doing for 3 min.
3.Hearts. Stay, hands are on waist,as a shoot with knees to the front and and tighten a half heart to the right, after a same to the left, exercise doing for 3 min.
4. Iron.
A hands wrists alternately slide on the hip, body till an armpit hole and stopping. Like ironing a side top body with iron. Temp is slowly accelerating.Exercise doing as on three min.
After every exercise's doing, breathe in with raising hands through sides up, clap over head with a same time loading are muscles of an all body. And breathe out hands down with incline all body, relax.
After doing these exercises you are feeling lightness in all body and all joints are feeling like all mobility and young,And now you can to do your planed day as creating homework, creating furniture, gardening,and thanks for our human s stage is pension ,when a not need a fast for work, and getting pleasure from your work and process.
