As in talking with my friends as adults, and on pension ages, they are often complaining on legs disability, as feeling ,like they are not stepping, and denied , but sometimes we are self fault on these problems, and very offensive, that we are less moving ,and am I sharing with you of mine preventing methods against legs denied.
As for healthy legs is a good blood circulation, as at bed massage with a heel of right leg as external part for left feet, and especially a big finger against stagnation a blood. After am I rising, left leg is higher a head, and with hand rubbing a calf muscle, same doing with right leg.
After waking up, use exercise morning as, especially exercises for the legs.
As squats with stretching to the front are hands for 40 times, but beginning from 5-10 times.
Stay, stretch to the front are hands with palms down, with toe of right leg try to touch a palm for left hand as for 4 times.
Sit on the floor, and move on the buttocks with stretching to the fronts are hands as for 5 metres to the front and same back for.
Stand up on the toes and step on the place, trying to stay just on the fingers of legs are 2-3 min.
Run on the place for 3 min, and plus everyday walks at forest on 3-5 km as on any season time,and at home am not sitting much, am walking, as from a corner in corner, and on my 82 y.old feeling lightness in legs.
