Today as young and adult peoples having a memory bad, as on my 80 y.old as by my self experience I am sharing my simple advices.
Am reading a book, press and log, words with, am calculating words,as from a left till right, after from right till left, sometimes yes, mistakes having,when numbers of words matching am feeling good, my mood is improving. And when my tea pot on the oven, am repeating,that am put an oven, and not forget a timely turn off gas, and after am going in next room. Sometimes taking my family album, finding photos when am at school, work, camp, and looking on other,who surrounds me am remembering theirs names and surnames, as children's other, teachers. If my next day is busy, thus am adding all documents in my bag and thinking, that am put this and this... And of course am enjoy to solve crosswords, rebus and puzzles. Variants for memory training are much, and you can to think a lot, just need a wish, regularity and persistence.
