Diagnosis for chronic tonsillitis are checking doctor otorinolaringologist, anamnesis taking, blood test whole clinical, as

As in a curing acuting stage always beginning with throat gargle of antiseptic solutions as simple method helping faster remove pus covers from tonsils inflamed and good anti septic is miramistin as on 15 ml. for one gargle,sol. furacilini 2 pills on glass for water, chlorhexidine as save concentration 0.05 percent as ten ml. remedy in 100 ml. on 100 ml. water ,every four hours gargle throat,course are ten days or week.

And good work natural antiseptics as infusion chamomile, calendula herb, sage herb, as one tbl.sp. mixed mass in glass for the hot water, infuse hour, filter,gargle throat for 4 times a day.

As bacterias fighting with anti bacterial remedies as pills for sprays and sucking as doritricine one pill sucking for 4 times a day, imudon one pill. for 4 times a day, aerosols as miramistin, hexoral, ingalipt, tantum verde on 3 dosages for 4 times a day, anti histamines as loratadin, cetrin, claritin one pill. for night, use as additional  remedy for preventing allergy reaction. Anti bacterial remedies prescribing in high intoxication ,when temperature keeping a few days as 38C, and these are amoxiclav, clacid, azitromicin.

After acuting time as on ten day as ending course a cure doctor will add sanation procedures as washing lacunas,tonsills with antiseptic solutions and adding physiotherapy as tubus quartz as affecting ultraviolet rays, laser and magnet therapy for palate tonsils.
