As drink on half glass for 3 times a day before a meal half hours and this infusion warm for to gargle throat too.

As for expectorant  am used sage,thyme and breast plants am bough in pharmacy as for a faster recovering keep these simple rules as at home keep temperature 20 C, as optimal moisturizing air, not dry,as 20C, air is cool, as this is leading of often ventilating and cleaning,as in hot home and air is dry, thus mucus will dry in breath ways and nothing expectorating,as this is lead to complications as lungs damage ,thus add often fresh air at rooms, not fear fresh air,and warm wear clothes.As on disease time drink more water, cook sugar free compotes, eat fresh vegetables, fruits, you can bake theirs, or stew, not eat fat meat, also stew his, avoid eat baked flour dishes,sweets, add breath gymnastic by Buteiko is on my blog added, do not sleep long time in bed,and in worsening condition visit doctor for a qualification help.
