1.Chop and mix 4 parts flowers immortelle, 3 parts leafs buckbean trefoil, 2 parts fruits coriander and leafs mint piperine.As one tbl.sp. mass add in thermos in 400 ml. of hot water add, keep hour, filter, use on 100 ml. for 3 times a day before meal.

2.30 gr flowers immortelle, 50 gr herb yarrow, 20 gr root rhubarb, grind all, mix, as one tea.sp.mass add in thermos and add glass of the hot water, infuse 30 min, drink for one time on an empty stomach or before dinner.

Side effects, contraindications.

As care use immortelle as substances in plants are accumulating in organism and leading to stagnant appearaces in liver, immortelle rises pressure,thus in hypertension need to know, and avoiding using in  obturation jaundice, and gastrointestine diseases,as they are rising acidity and gall manufacturing,as before use ask your doctor.
